At eLearning 360, we prioritize student satisfaction and are committed to addressing any concerns regarding our services. Refunds will be processed only under exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues preventing access to the course or errors in payment. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by a valid reason. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method.
